Elizabeth Abston LLC provides a full range of qualified professional personal property appraisal and advisory services, tailored to meet the needs of individual clients, businesses, insurance agencies, and nonprofit organizations in the Southeast.

With twenty years working with galleries and museums in the Southeast, I have had extensive hands-on experience curating exhibitions and assisting clients to build and manage art collections. In my current practice, I provide appraisals for a variety of federal, estate, and insurance functions and also advise businesses and individual clients on managing their collections.

Art of Mississippi and the Southeast, 19th and 20th century American and European art, and Southern vernacular/self-taught art are my areas of interest and specialization, though I am equipped to research and appraise all fine and decorative arts.

I am an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) and have completed the certification and coursework for the updated USPAP through 2024, one of the benchmarks in professional appraisal reporting.
